The Company

We are the right team, at the right time

WKD.SMRT was founded by engineers and technologists from MIT and Dartmouth, initially focused on developing a much more intelligent and user-friendly ‘smart home’, which could learn about what you were doing, and how you were feeling: activities of daily living and quality of life.

Conversations with innovators in Pharma catalyzed a refocus on harnessing these technologies to evaluate changes in function in real-life, with rich contextual understanding, as the basis for de-risking and accelerating clinical trials.
